The license worked and the device is deployed and working fine - no complaints, would recommend seller!! Review: Expensive, But Awesome Firewall for the Home! - This is an awesome FireWall. In my opinion, this compares with some of the other well known small business firewalls. I purchased this as an upgrade from an MX64 because this has better speed. Don't get me wrong...you can get 450 Mbps "after" realtime scanning for threats. That is, of course, if you purchase the advanced security license. To be fair, I'm a network engineer, so maybe this is overkill for my humble house. But, I will say that previous MX64 has saved me from having to re-image a PC, and has save a Firestick from a bitcoin exploit. The MX67 is just a bit more advanced, so I'm sure it will work even better. So, why buy this as opposed to an off-the-shelf router that costs far less? Well, you get a solid product that doesn't need to be restarted regularly, you get regular firmware updates, real-time checking for known malicious websites, customization similar to enterprise-level equipment (that can cost thousands more), threat detection, and guaranteed 24 hour support and replacement warranty. I've used their products for the last few years and I'm very satisfied.
