Sturdy and high quality
Really sturdy item - I've used the purple band many times to perform assisted pullups, and it hasn't had any faults. It's perfect for workouts at home or for bringing to the gym.

I’m going to give this a 5 star because I’m sure it will suit a body builder and will do what it doesn’t say on the box! The title listing says “bands” and shows different colours and a range of different resistances. I received 1 band, with no instructions on how to use it. As a complete novice this should be made clear on the listing. I “assumed” it was different colours for different resistance and it was a pack. This band is for expert use, a body builder perhaps! Not a senior, who wants to build muscle and tone. So please rowd listing carefully.
