Made from quality metal mesh and handled with care by delivery. It was packaged in a thin plastic bag but arrived without incident. No damage! They are quite strong and will work beautifully for a dorm room (or any room) gift. A fair value but available elsewhere for less.

You get what's pictured--pretty pale cool pink wire trash cans. They're sturdy, stable trash cans. They're just not 5 gallons, that's for sure. They were so SMALL compared to my 5 gallon bathroom trash can that arrive the same day. I don't think these would be easy to clean, so I recommend using a bag with these just in case, depending on what will be going into these on a regular basis (like if snack wrappers would go into them).
