TP60S Wireless Thermometer Indoor Outdoor Digital Room Hygrometer

Got this to check humidity levels in a small room where I store my musical instruments. Used in conjunction a small dehumidifier rather than the disposable/ refillable moisture absorber traps I notified a marked improvement in the rooms humidity levels. The Bluetooth connectivity was really convenient and the monitors accuracy in monitoring levels quickly let me set the humidifier to maintain these at comfortable levels. The physical monitor is easy to position in points convenient for the user ( can be used anywhere with the house you want to check), gives good display readings, simple controls and good accuracy levels. The Bluetooth connectivity provides easy and convenient checking, setting facilities too. Good value purchase I am very pleased with.

This is a brilliant little appliance that does exactly what it’s meant to. It shows just the essential temperature and humidity info — no clutter, no distractions. I especially love that it doesn’t have a backlight, so it doesn’t disturb sleep at night, which makes it ideal for my bedroom. The app is easy to use and connects quickly via Bluetooth. The only small issue I’ve noticed is that the app seems to show temperature only in F — I couldn’t find a way to switch to C, which would be more convenient for me. But that’s a minor detail and doesn’t take away from how useful and well-designed the device is. Highly recommended!

Bought this to put in a log cabin garden house that’s just been completed in order to keep an eye on the humidity levels. The unit is small and sturdy and comes with a magnetic strip for attaching to something metal and also has a little pull out stand or a hole for hanging. Instructions came in a tiny manual, had to enlarge with my phone in order to read the diagram! Set up using the app via Bluetooth was incredibly simple and I could change the setting from Fahrenheit to centigrade in the app although it doesn’t change the setting on the unit, there’s a little button on the back to do this. All in all very happy with the unit and seems accurate when compared to readings on another unit I already have in my main house. However, I have deducted a star as I’m unable to get a remote reading of the unit when I’m in my main house which is about 30m from the cabin. All that’s between my house and the unit in the cabin are glass conservatory doors and there are also 2 sets of double glass sliding doors on my cabin. The cabin is insulated with Kingspan so there is a layer of foil but I deliberately placed the unit opposite the glass doors because of this but just can’t get the app to update when I’m in my house. Bit disappointing as this was the feature I was looking forward to having. So I’d recommend this unit if you just want to use it in your home but not if you want to be able to check readings from a garden house etc.

I use this to monitor temperature and humidity in the room and it works really well. The Bluetooth connection makes it easy to check readings from your phone and the alerts are useful if conditions go outside the set range. The device is compact, easy to set up and seems accurate so far. Overall a very handy little sensor for keeping track of room conditions.

These are very good as a means of monitoring via Bluetooth a room in the home. I started with two and now have four on the go. Along with the app on my phone I can see how the temperature and humidity is being controlled by the home heating. At my previous home I was plagued by black mould so am working to keep humidity firmly under control here. The devices work well across the whole house using Bluetooth and I even have a thermometer in the conservatory. These will pair with more than one phone, tablet, or computer.

bought this at the beginning of January 26. Arrived quickly, instructions sheet tiny but managed to find out how to get the batteries in. All seemed ok until the end of February, when it stopped working. Battries dead. I put in new batteries, and nothing worked. I checked both batteries; the ones supplied were very dead, mine were brand new & full, but the item still refused to display anything. I got a refund.

I've purchased two of these to help calibrate my central heating controller because it always seems to show a reading that is cooler than expected. The devices are very easy to use and set up.I've currently got both of them sitting beside my heating controller and they have confirmed that my heating controller needs adjusted. I like the little kick-stand that allows them to be placed onto a flat surface. They are easy to read on the device but I use the app and that makes things even easier. I'm happy with this purchase.

Good price, app works well, but the unit is incredibly slow to respond to temperature changes. The information on the store page here claimed a fast 10 second response, but it's more like 10+ minutes. I tested it by bringing it from inside the house (at 19°C), and left it outside in 6°C weather - which I verified with a separate thermometer and a weather app. After 12 minutes the device had still not dropped passed 10°C. I guess this thing is fine if you don't need quick readings in different places.
