Mike Holt's Illustrated Guide to Basic Electrical Theory 3rd Edition

I was studying to be a Master Electrician and this book truly helped me understand the fundamentals of electrical theory - which is necessary to understand the intent behind the rules in the National Electric Code. I highly recommend this book to anyone in the electrical trade.

One of the most comprehensive yet simple books about Electrical theory. Great for the apprentice tradesman or anybody new to electricity. However, it's great for journeyman that sometimes need a refresher; it doesn't dumb anything down but is presented in a plain and simple manner.

Needed this book for my husband for his classes. It came in perfect condition and has been very informative.

I am a second year apprentice in Florida. Have read my journeyman's 2nd edition and wanted my own. The 3rd edition is barely more expensive than the 2nd. This one is a soft cover, which is okay for me. If you are an up and coming electrician, you need this book!

Great book that I needed for class and it came with the answer book to the quizzes at he end of the chapter. The books sold at the school book store did not have the answer guide. The guide was useful to double check that understood what was in the chapters.

This book gives you the basic Electrical theory and just a little more.
