I am into holistic health. I have found this grapefruit seed supplement to help me in this journey. They are effective, easy to use and are high quality supplements.

I initially started using grapefruit seed extract to treat my chronic Lyme disease. Research has shown efficacy in killing persister bacteria with this supplement. The extract kills the biofilm that protects the bacteria. But I need to take it for months to know if it works for that. What I didn't expect was for this to cure my candida coinfection! That's chronic yeast infections and weird fungal infections on the back of my hands and feet caused by my poor immune system due to the Lyme. Before starting this supplement I was on antifungals and had to use them every day or my infections would return. Since starting this I no longer get the chronic yeast or rashes, even though I'm on doxycycline! Use this more than once a day to cure any fungal infection. Lyme disease doctors recommended this and I can't believe it works! I take it twice a day. Some people need to take two pills two times a day to cure a fungal infection. Western medicine can't make money off of nature so they don't research it enough and doctors aren't educated on the benefits of natural products.

Hello I just got bottle today, I had dinner and took 2 pills. It say take with meals. I will take them until I see and feel weight loss. I will report back then.

I bought this for a skin infection that I couldn't resolve with antibiotics or any traditional meds. I used it with the topical GSE and it WORKED! I've also suffered from Ulcerative Colitis for decades; taking GSE has improved my UC symptoms dramatically in only a few days. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the UC cure. I've tried almost everything out there; both natural and traditional meds. So far the GSE is helping a lot. My son felt like he was getting a cold (headache, swollen glands, sore throat, runny nose). He took a pill before bed and woke up feeling slightly better. Took another pill in the morning and was cured by lunch. I'm gonna keep GSE on hand at all times. It does a great job without side effects. Update 6/20/20 Ok. A couple of months on GSE now... First thing, my chronic sinus problems are GONE! I also bought GSE sinus spray while taking the pills. I honestly didn't even mean to cure my sinus problems- I've had them for about 25 years. I was never really sure if it was an allergy or chronic infection or both. I'd just learned to live with it but GSE took it away entirely! I wasn't even trying for that... Now I don't have to spend 40 a month on allergy pills, go to quick care with a sinus infection 3-4 times a year and pay for expensive antibiotics. Never even thought something would cure me! I bought the GSE for a skin rash/ infection that wouldn't go away. GSE was a miracle! I'm 50, the rash/infection was on my face and I don't even have the hint of a scar, nothing! I suffered over a month before I found GSE and was certain I would scar, but nothing! Lastly, since taking GSE my ulcerative colitis has improved dramatically! I'm not cured.. I don't know if I will ever be, but after 8 straight years of sickness, hospitalization and misery I am leading a life as close to normal as I've ever been. I'm off all meds with the exception of an occasional dose of something when I get a bad day. I'm still kind of surprised GSE did all of this but it is the only change I made at the time so it has to be. The best part is now my sinus problems are cured! My UC is amazingly better! I keepy GSE handy and take it about once a week now or when I feel off. Great stuff, very thankful!!
