Chinet Bakeware 7.25 x 9.25 Oval Pan 2 Pack

Great stuff. Around Thanksgiving/Christmas we found them very handy to bake things in, take 'em with us and just leave the bakeware. We've been unable to find them locally (we live out next to the end of the pipeline, I guess) and found we could order them through Amazon. We just wish that the 9x13" size had been available, too. They work very well, are truly non-stick and, frankly, cook a little better than some of the metal and glassware we have. Good stuff. We bought a bunch to last for awhile, but then we used a bunch this year, too. We were very happy with the short time it took for them to ship to us.

Caveat emptor! (Buyer BEWARE!) Misleading description & therefore horribly expensive. The PRODUCT DESCRIPTION STATES: (CAPITALIZATION is mine) "Chinet Bakeware Square Baking Pan, 8x8”, CASE OF 4 (2 PANS PER PACK) One square pan measures 8”x 8”x 2”, holds 2 quarts. Each package contains two (2) pans. ONE CASE CONTAINS FOUR (4) PACKAGES - A TOTAL OF EIGHT (8) CHINET BAKING PANS"

I have purchased these before. They were not great for baking in as they warped, causing the lids to not fit securely and just not providing a good presentation if the item was for a gift. I did use them a lot for cookies/bars/candies for Christmas gift giving. The last batch I ordered were cardboard looking on the outside and black on the inside. The lids rested on top of the container rather than snapping on for a secure fit. I had to secure it with a rubber band before giving it to someone with cookies inside for her birthday. I won't be ordering these again. At Christmas time I found some at Costco that I used for gift giving, hopefully they will have them again.

Ordered this item, which clearly states there are 4 packages of 2 pieces. I got one package of 2. It's a great item and very useful when you need to take something to a function away from your home. No mess and no worry! On product alone, I would easily give it 5 stars.

These are great and there is no extra weight. The only problem I have is the tops. The tops should be a dome because when I baked a cake the top would stick to the frosting so the tops can't be used.

I remember when you could buy these in the store....loved them then and loved them over the holidays.No cleaning up after the sauce and cheese of stuffed shells

Very disappointed in this product. Nothing like the Glad pans I usually buy. They don't hold up, My recipes didn't bake the same & they don't stack together like the Glad ones. Won't buy again !

I was comparing between the Chinet and the Glad baking pans. I choose the chinet because of the size and because the online order for Glad was only offering a bigger quantity package than I wanted for more money per pan. Disappointed because nothing was mentioned that these are a one time use only! They are not supposed to be washed. I even went on Chinet's website and I was unable to read the label where it said "one time use only". Also the plastic cover that comes with each pan can only be used at room temperature or in the fridge. I believe the Glad product has a more durable lid that can be used in the freezer, saving on foil.
