I ordered this new via prime with next day delivery. Sent in a massive box, the box within had been re-sealed. It was missing the internal shroud/ blind mechanism, so guessing someone's returned it after borrowing the blind assembly.

Great product. Unfortunately I didn't realize these come in different depth sizes, but we made it work. It's held up well with interstate travel- no wind noise or rattles (despite being rigged up to fit a thicker ceiling than it's intended for)

Arrivé rapidement Bonne qualité Installation facile Le rideau nuit est quand même un tout petit peu difficile à manœuvrer comparer à la moustiquaire. Il faut mettre un peu plus de force pour le tirer. Sinon, rien à dire fais le job
