Very happy with 10kg bag of Tilda Basmati Rice purchased as it was a great price (£24 after promotional discount), packaged well, it had a convenient carry handle making it much easier to carry it and best of all a long use by date (Nov 2027). Very happy with my purchase. 10/10.

I love using this rice, great quality not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. if you eat a lot of rice you are aware of the standards and quality between this and other brands.

For reasons I do not really understand rice seems to vary a lot in price and quality at the moment. Im guessing its weather conditions. Ive had a couple of these bags, they arrive on time and are well packaged to protect the bag. The taste is nice. It is easy to cook, sometimes I use a rice cooker sometimes I cook with spices on the hob. It is a robust grain which takes flavors well. Overall after 2 bags, this is a good purchase, the rice is good.

I eat rice every day, a lot of the time twice a day, man portions too! Two months in and I think ill get another 2 weeks out of this. Best flavoured basmati on the market. You may find some other brand cheaper, but you won't find tastier! @25£ the amount of meals you get out of one bag is insane and makes for a very cheap, healthy, low glycemic index carbohydrate option. If you divided the price into meals (vs cheaper brands) you'd be looking at penny's in difference. Both heavy and light users can get more then their moneys worth for this delicious, aromatic rice. Tilda rules guys!

Ich habe mir den TILDA Basmati Reis bestellt, weil ich dachte, es wäre an der Zeit, meinem inneren Chefkoch freien Lauf zu lassen. Und was soll ich sagen? Dieser Reis ist nicht einfach nur Reis – es ist die VIP-Version des Reisuniversums, das jeden, der ihn probiert, direkt ins kulinarische Nirvana befördert. Mit 10 kg ist das ein echter „Big Player“ in meiner Vorratskammer. Ich meine, wer braucht schon Muskeln aus dem Fitnessstudio, wenn man sich so einen Sack in die Küche schleppt? Und glaubt mir, das lohnt sich. Schon beim Öffnen der Packung strömt einem ein Duft entgegen, der einen spontan dazu bringt, sich wie ein Gourmetkoch in einem Michelin-Restaurant zu fühlen – dabei habe ich eigentlich nur vor, eine ganz einfache Pfanne Reis zu machen. Der TILDA Basmati Reis hat eine Qualität, die selbst meine Oma beeindruckt hätte (und die hat hohe Standards!). Die Körner sind lang, duftend und bleiben perfekt locker, egal ob man sich für ein schnelles Curry, einen aromatischen Pilaw oder einfach nur den klassischen „Ich habe heute keine Lust zu kochen“-Reis entscheidet. Und das Beste daran? Er kocht sich quasi von selbst – es sei denn, man lässt ihn auf dem Herd und vergisst ihn, während man noch schnell die Wäsche macht (schuldig!). Mit 10 kg Reis fühle ich mich jetzt jedenfalls so, als könnte ich ein ganzes indisches Restaurant aufmachen – oder zumindest genug Reis für die nächsten zehn Dinnerpartys zubereiten. Und ganz ehrlich: Seit ich diesen Reis habe, werde ich regelmäßig gefragt, warum mein Basmati so fluffig ist. Ich antworte dann immer mit einem geheimnisvollen Lächeln und sage nur: „Es ist Magie. Und TILDA.“ Fazit: Wer richtig guten Basmati-Reis sucht, der in jedem Gericht glänzt und einem den Titel „Reis-King“ oder „Reis-Queen“ verleiht, sollte unbedingt zuschlagen. Aber Vorsicht – das 10-kg-Paket könnte zu spontanen Reisorgien und Einladungen von Freunden führen, die plötzlich wissen wollen, wann es wieder Reis gibt. 🍚 P.S.: Werde nie wieder einen anderen Reis kaufen. Nicht nur, weil TILDA einfach himmlisch schmeckt, sondern auch, weil ich das Gefühl habe, eine lebenslange Verbindung mit dem Reis-Sack eingegangen zu sein – zumindest für die nächsten Monate!

Lo compro da anni ed è sicuramente al top . Profumo, consistenza, sapore sempre al massimo livello. Non dimenticate di lavarlo bene prima di cuocerlo.
