Reypenaer 2 Year Aged Gouda, 4.7 oz

It has a salty and savory flavor similar to blue cheese. I really like this, barely have any left. Taste good with fruit, cheese, crackers, or/and sliced pepperoni.

My guests enjoyed it! Not your average gouda.

Great flavor and durable cheese. I know it says to keep it refrigerated but we left it out and when it's room temperature the texture is very appealing.

The taste is good but the texture is a bit soft for me I like it more crunchy.

Pros: robust, full-flavored, and decadent; a little bit goes a long way Cons: strange texture like biting into an occasional coarse salt crystal; breaks apart when cutting, making it hard to get a full piece, and leaving a lot of bits behind on the tray; about 1/2 inch of the rind is hard and flavorless
