I bought this product originally in AZ, it keeps my hair light and as nice as when I first apply it. Now that I’m back home in IL, in the land of great humidity I find it struggles more to keep my hair up, but so does every other product like it. So doesn’t make my hair feel stiff or dry. The scent is not flowery, sort of strong when first applied and doesn’t interfere with my perfume, and I love the scent.

Great product for my hair but a little pricey I think

I love this mousse. Its great in all ways!! However, getting it from Amazon is a trial. Ordered it and the spray device was broken. Can't get a return. Ordered again and they sent me the wrong item, a "Texturizing Spray. But Amazon's policy is this is a non-returnable item. If Amazon sends the wrong item, how can they say it is non-returnable? You will go through the endless loop on the website trying to get a refund or replacement. After 35 minutes of trying, I finally reached a live representative (probably in India) who finally issued a refund. Where to buy this great mousse???

I was introduced to the Davine's line by my hair stylist. I LOVE the dry texturizing spray, it smells amazing and makes my hair look great, so I thought I'd try the mousse. When the can of spray arrived, there was no lid, therefore it would be possible to bump the top and have it dispense product accidentally. According to previous reviews, this has happened with this product before. I figured I could maybe live with that, though, if I really like how it worked, so I tried it. The smell is awful - really awful. It smells like a chemical of some kind. I washed my hair at night and could smell it even when I went to bed. The smell was gone by the next morning but I'd hate to wash my hair in the morning and have it smell like that for several hours after when others could smell it. It also didn't work well as a mousse. I tried to not put too much on, as I'd read in other reviews, but it still didn't make my hair look good. It almost looked dry and it didn't have a sheen or flow - it looked like I needed to wash it again. Davine's other products are wonderful, but I wouldn't buy this mousse again. I emailed Amazon about it and by the next morning I had a refund to my credit card plus don't have to ship it back so Amazon covered it for me. I'm just going to throw this container away.

It can get a little stiff, but it does the job!

I originally purchased this item through my hair salon as I found it to be true to the volume it provides. I have very thin hair that needs some lift and it has been great. Since I have been purchasing through Amazon. The price point is still pricey but the product lasts a long time and does what claims.

This product is great in itself. But when shipped it’s not protected in the box and the top broke off. Hard to use but it works somewhat. This is the second time the top was broken off in shipping. You can use it when you put it on but you have to hold it on the bottle. Not good.
