Like all others this special edition takes 2AAA batteries. Brightly colored and sturdy. Complete distinction from regular Thomas train. The 2 monkey carts captivate the toddlers as they put assorted toys in the cart for added amusement. Glides on the tracks superbly. My 2 1/2 year Grandson gives it 5 smiles - :) :) :) :) :).

I liked that it arrived early

bought the train for my nephew for xmas, I was nervous he wouldn't like it as the train is small however out of all the gifts he received, the train was always in his hand. Perfect gift for a 2.5 year old!

Onze zoon vindt de treinset super leuk! Helaas heeft deze trein bij ons een afwijking waardoor die naar rechts stuurt en niet goed op de baan blijft. Het recht voorwiel draait niet goed mee en zit speling op.
