Purchased one of these to test out for our lumber yard. We have 5 POS stations and the few we have purchased in the past just didn’t cut it. We needed something that could handle some rough men bumping them around. We were shocked at how well they worked and ended up buying 6 more, 5 for POS and 2 for receiving. The set up is crazy easy, done within minutes. They scan from super far away and they don’t beep annoyingly loud. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

How can you go wrong with a zebra, they work flawlessly all the time.

We have used two of these in our store daily for about 18 months now. They have worked flawlessly.

I purchased 2 scanners for our retail business. Within 3 weeks, both scanners quit working. I contacted ZEBRA support (where I had to locate their website via Google). I was advised they do not provide support for items purchased on Amazon because the sellers are not authorized Zebra resellers and many of these unauthorized resellers are used item. As courtesy the ZEBRA tech support tried to give general assistance but was unsuccessful in determining what the issue was. I will also note that when opening up the package I was anticipating seeing brochure or insert on who to contact if there were problems. There was no literature along those lines.

I ordered 2 for my business to preform inventory counts and to scan at registers. Both were easy to set up and work excellent. They are multi directional scans, which means you can point laser at bar code upside down, right side up or sideways.

Wait for it... IT WORKED PERFECTLY out of the box!!! LOVE It!!!
