My cats love it, strays love it, random neighborhood cats love it. I was feeding strays on my porch, and some of the neighborhood outdoor cats started stopping by. When I switched to cheaper food, they ignored it. The minute I put a bowl of this back out, it was emptied again. A few of my cats even prefer it to wet food. This food literally keeps my cats out of the vet's office. Twice I tried switching to another food, and twice I wound up rushing my cats to the vet with a urinary blockage. I learned my lesson after the second time. They've been eating this for almost 9 years with nary an issue.

My cat had urinary crystals pretty badly. The vet prescribed a high-dollar cat food formula to treat and prevent them, as cats are more susceptible to getting them again if they've had them before. We used one bag of it to treat him, then switched to this cat food because it was much more affordable. Been using it for about 3 years now and haven't had a problem since.

Been using this for years since my boy cat got crystals and almost had to have his weiner removed. I limit dry food for this reason but when I feed dry, it's THIS. Never had a problem with Iams Unrinary Tract Health food!!

I’ve bought this cat food multiple times now (I think I’m on my 8th bag), and it’s been consistently good. My cats actually eats it without any issues (which says a lot), and I’ve noticed fewer problems overall compared to other foods. It also doesn’t upset their stomach, which has been an issue for us in the past. Kibble size is good and the bag lasts a decent amount of time. It’s been reliable enough that I just keep reordering it.

Have been using this cat food for years. My male cat used to get UTIs frequently and the vet switched him to a prescription urinary tract food. Not only was it expensive but it made both my cats sick. This cat food is affordable, my cats enjoy it and no UTIs.

Last year one of my cats was diagnosed with FLUTD. It took me a long time to find a dry cat food that all the cats in my home liked and was appropriate for the FLUTD cat. Iams urinary formula is the one LOVED by all my cats, both the healthy and sick ones. My cat with FLUTD has not been sick since eating this food. He's the fussiest of them all and he LOVES it. My boys eat this like it is candy so I actually feed it to them as a treat now instead of Temptations. They have another kind of food for their regular diet.
