Product worked brilliantly for 4 months, no issues, easy to set up, internet quality was spot on. Suddenly stopped working..... Every port nolonger transmits a signal and so its entire purpose is defunct. Will purchase a more expensive option in the hope this doenst occur again. Would appreciate some feedback HOWEVER this seems like a common issue.

Severe intermittent connection issues with this switch. Would function sometimes perfectly for a day or two, then cut out for 30 minutes or longer. It only seems to be on longer cable runs, possibly a power/signal attenuation issue but I would avoid. The switch is housed in a metal housing which feels nice and premium however if it doesn't serve it's core functionality then it's not worth it. Wrote a script to test the downtime with a second resolution which confirmed my thoughts. Whilst using the switch I would experience constant losses of connectivity. Swapping the switch out for an old 100Mb/s unit I had lying around resulted in a 12 hour test with no dropped packets.

I've now had 2 of these. Each one has failed after less than a months use and refuse to do their only task: transfer a network signal from my main router and split it into 2 so my PC and a laptop can get the internet. Each time they'll stop working, a powering the switch off and on again will cure it for 2-3 minutes; then it stops again > power off and on > rinse and repeat This time I can't even be bothered to send it back; I'll just plug my trust old netgear 10/100 switch back in and cope with slightly slower speeds. and this one can go to landfill TL;DR - don't waste your money on this rubbish

I bought this to replace my 10 years old Netgear which was working OK just too old. TP Link keeps disconnecting all the time. I have to restart it and connection come on and drop again. I thought is the cabbe but is not. Is the TP Link hub. Cannot return it as return window is closed but goes in the bin. Need to buy decent one

The switch works but doesn't offer gigabit speeds (1000mbs). Instead I am getting 100mbs. When I noticed this, I removed the eithernet cable from the switch & plugged into the router and speeds returned to gigabit. All cables into the switch are cat 5e USP cables which are gigabit rated. This is disapointing and frustrating. Looking through other reviews I see I am not the only one with this problem!

As others have written, this does not work well with 1gb connections. It can work temporarily but have experienced throttling to 100mbs and completely losing a signal for a short time. Complete waste of time and money, Would give it 0 stars if possible, go with another product if you are thinking of buying this.

So I bought this to increase the ports on my Google wifi router. When I plug my PS5 directly into the router I get speeds of 700mbs. When I plugged it into this the speeds dropped to 90mbs. The cables are of the right category and these results were duplicated by using my TV rather than PS5. A STINKING DO NOT BUY

This will squeeze your connections so they can hardly be used. Absolute waste of time. I’m past refund times as only set it up well after my purchase as thought it would just simply split my perfectly good internet connection but it has made it in usable so have taken it down. Rubbish price of kit

it died only after 3 months are used in it shut down a whole internet from it try to get warranty but they just ignored me just do not buy it

bon produit mais livré avec alimentation avec prise anglaise et pas d'adaptateur sur secteur européen. pas d'info dans la rescription du produit. merci de précisé ou de fournir un convertisseur avec le produit .car pas utilisable comme tel.
