I have a punching bag and looking for a mat thats big enouch for under the bag and still have cusion while kicking and punching. Is one set big enough

I used 2 sets of the mats to cover a 4' x 8' workout bench for my wife. She is very pleased with it.

Will this scrape up my skin if I use it for Jiu Jitsu (ground grappling)?

I don’t think it will scratch your skin, however I don’t think it will work for that type of activity. I think the tiles would separate from each other. I personally think it would be better off with a one piece mat large enough to cover the area you need. These tiles are really only good for light activity.
