Works well - damped out a lot of vibration and sound
Works well and damped out a lot of vibration and sound - you do need to have a vibration/sound damping matt under your pump. I'd say it reduced the noise/vibration by at least 50% (possibly more 70%?) Although it works well (it is aucoustic rubber not just simple rubber) it is still expensive for what it is. (note only just big enough for the pump feet to sit on - check size if you need it for anything else)

Seems to work but really overpriced!
This did significantly reduce transmitted noise through the floor which I am very pleased about. However, it’s a small square piece of foam panel with some rubber stuck to it which is greatly overpriced (hence one star reduction)!

Rubber mat seperated from foam after 9 months
The mat significantly reduced the noise from the pump, however this had become much worse again recently. On inspection, the rubber mat had become unstuck from the foam base, probably as the foam had become heavily indented by the pump. For such an expensive item I would not expect this to occur. In the short term I have rotated and moved the pump feet to a different part of the mat, but would not expect to need to preform regular maintenance of this sort on a high cost piece of foam.

Feels like it’s expensive but actually does what it does very well so worth it
On the surface these seem expensive. And what turns up looks like a relatively small slab of foam with a rubbery layer slapped on it. However the difference it made to the water pump in my house is tremendous. No more noise due to vibration. The density of the material is just right for absorbing the vibrations from the pump. So on reflection, it was worth it as I’m only ever purchasing one of these and it is the size it needs to be for the job it does.No

Could be better for the money
When I received the Mat I thought wow that’s expensive for a bit of rubber! It did however succeeded in reducing the noise from my shower pump but may have been even better had the Mat been a bit thicker. Having said that, the pump is situated on a wooden shelf in the airing cupboard so that probably doesn’t help🤔

Does job but overpriced
Results in a quiet running pump but poor quality materials/manufacture with ribbed top layer lifting off, even before installation. Nevertheless, the end result was satisfactory.

Little damping of noise & vibration
Credit to the makers for quickly replacing the initial faulty mat supplied. In situ beneath the Stuart Turner pump, on a flat concrete based it failed to make any real difference to the vibration and noise. Must be something else to use instead? Especially at the price.

It works.
Definitely reduced the vibration / noise transmitted from the pump to the floor. A bit pricey but worth it.
