Letters and Sounds K5 - Abeka 5 Year Old Alphabet Recognition Reading Program Student Work Book Paperback – January 1, 2013

This book helped my Kindergartener to gain confidence in her reading abilities. The repetition of small skills that built on one another helped her to remember the phonics rules and apply them when reading the corresponding readers. My preschooler (who knows her letters and sounds) begged to have a book also so I purchased on for her as well and she started blending sounds and reading within the first 20 pages. I will say we have the corresponding abeka readers to help supplement their reading.

Arrived in pristine condition. It is challenging on its own, but we also use the charts and blend book.

This book when I bought it was cheaper on amazon then the abeka website from them!! Abeka is definitely the best!

My daughter thrived with these books. She used in her VPK this year the K4, and she's practically reading. I bought the K5 series to complement her Kindergarten program because she loves to do homework with her siblings... this is a high quality product!

My five-year old enjoys the pages, which correspond to the ABeka reading program. There is a lot of repetition, so feel free to skip pages once the child has obviously mastered a concept. Great reinforcement.
