Looks Great - Works Great - Super Durable
I'm extremely happy I ordered this pen.It is constructed of rather heavy gauge, titanium with a handsome, tasteful design. Both ends screw off the one-piece body. The operating knob can also screw off for cleaning while being very unlikely to come off by itself. The mechanism is extremely simple and robust; And it's smooth and positive in operation. I love designs that are readily accessible for user maintenance. If there is a retractable pen that will last a lifetime, and beyond, this should be it.The steel clip is heavy-duty and springy. It grips hard, so some users may want to carefully adjust it to lessen the tension. The pen weighs more than usual but not nearly so much as some other "tactical" pens. I like it that the design doesn't advertise aggression. The carbide car window breaker is sharp enough to be uncomfortable, if it is not avoided. The color is said to be gray but there is some taupe as well. I have used the point (with the cartridge retracted) to aid in the disassembly of some of my pistols, and the finish on my Valtcan pen shows no sign coming off. I highly recommend this pen.The ink cartridge allows me to write smaller and more precisely than is possible with my Fisher Space Pen cartridge. A feature much appreciated when writing in my pocket-planner. It will also write upside-down ... Which allows easy writing on a piece of paper, held on a wall.

Excellent tactical pen
This is an extremely well designed and executed tactical pen. The titanium feels very warm and nice in the hand. The bolt mechanism is cool, fun to operate, and is easy one hand efficacy. Overall pretty good looking for such a device. Most tactical pens – with the exception of the first gen. SureFire – are quite atrociously ugly. This one isn't bad. Some aspects, are very becoming. In particular the crown is good looking with little flutes at clear intervals along the circumference. The tungsten carbide glass breaker – which one has little doubt will work just fine both for its intended purpose and for some unlikely but challenging situations where feels confident it would "leave a mark." ;) Titanium and Tungsten Steel. I love that combination. Price is not inexpensive but here one is getting what one pay for. I would look to seeing ergonomics improved in future generations. Here the rings around the front of the barrel for gripping are decent looking and feelign, but neither aesthetically what they could be nore functionally what one would wish they would be – namely more comforable. Mind you these rings are not terrible -they are grippy – they just lack long writing comfort. And perhaps that's ultimately a nojn-starter as a conversation as this pebn was not really designed to maximie usefr comfort. For that it earns a B-. Overall A-

Solid, well-built pen
I haven't even had the pen for a week, so this is just my initial impression. It's definitely heavier than a normal pen, and it feels very well-built. The bolt action is smooth and works very well. I work in retail and I have to wear a vest. I keep the pen clipped to my vest, and I don't worry about it slipping off, but it comes right off when I need it. The tungsten tip seems very strong, and luckily I haven't needed to use it. Now for the only slight downfall; how it writes. On regular paper, it's great. Nice and smooth, with the ink cartridge that comes in it. On receipt paper, it skips and sometimes will miss a whole letter in whatever I'm writing. I did get the Fisher Space Pen refill as well, and I'm hoping that will alleviate the skipping on receipt paper. Overall, it's a nice, solid pen.

Solid construction, great EDC pen
No mainstream reviews on YouTube or any EDC review site, but I took a chance purchased this pen because of the simple design and positive reviews on Amazon.Been carrying it in my pocket (with a Leatherman Juice S2, Keys, and lighter) for two weeks now, and it's still scratch free.I was worried about the bolt action pen coming "out of battery" while writing or setting it down, but it takes a lot to get this thing to retract by accident while holding it.Just put in the Fisher Space Pen refill today, and also decided to put in a slightly heavier spring. Now the pen writes at any angle, and the bolt has a bit more tension so I never have to worry about it decocking prematurely. Can't say much for the glass breaker since I haven't had to use it on glass, but it does put a hurting on my notepad when a little force is applied.Overall it's exactly what I hoped it would be, and the fact that it doesn't scream tacticool makes it a great pen for the office.

Not Worth The Money
The fit and finish on this pen is fine but it's a lot heavier than I expected being titanium and all. It's also balanced towards the top making writing feel a bit weird. I understand this is a "tactical" pen and therefore some extra weight makes sense but it's slightly uncomfortable for me. Also, the ink cartridge clicks/wobbles around as you write like it doesn't fit quite right. This reminds me of cheaper pens I've used. Tried a Fisher cartridge but the wobble remained. If this was a $20 pen, I wouldn't think twice but at $60, I expect near perfection.

If it only worked
The craftsmanship is beautifulThe pen feels great in the handThe bolt action is smooth and preciseNow only if the ink would have worked. The cartridge didn’t even draw a line. Not one dot!Order fisher space pen cartridges at the same time. Then don’t open the box until you have the pen and refills. Change the cartridge and then test the pen.

Awesome sturdy pen with lots of ink options
I use it everyday at work and changed the ink to a Fisher space cartridge. I put lots of dry lube all over the inside and it the bolt action is pretty smooth. Very fidgety and I hope I don't loose it based on the price. Very solid and could be used for other needs in a pinch.
