Lovevthuscstuff works great for pain and for sinus..alittle under nose to clear sinus or on forhead for sinus headache. Just not to close to eyes it will burn. I havevthe tiny jar and like that but too small. I can't seem to find lotion anywhere but amazon. I've bought in past and it came in a larger bottle. These are the times higher price smaller items. Use latex gloves to put on because it will stay on hands even washed and if you touch your eyes it will burn. Also make sure you lightly shake first or liquid will come from pump area

Helps a lot with my shoulder pain highly recommended does have a menthol smell if you don’t mind that.

my sister says it works. cream does has a medicine smell but she says it is worth it.

I’ve infrequently used Tiger Balm since the 1980’s. It’s been a great experience for me. I searched for it and found it was also available in a lotion. It’s very easy to apply and I was using it about every three hours on arthritic shoulders and ruptured rotator cuff syndrome. After the first few weeks I developed acne on my chest, shoulders, neck and upper arms. Just a caution not an opinion

I ordered this for my elderly father for pain in his neck and it worked very well for taking care of his pain. It has a pleasant scent (I like it) which dissipates, and rapidly soaks in and takes effect. My dad is very pleased.

If you don't ind the smell, Tiger Balm relieves your pain better than any product I have used.
