Works great! I only tried it on two tires at home but it worked well and easy. First was a trailer tire it dropped fast, 35psi to 15 in no time at all. Next was a 35' on my truck. In only a few minutes it took it from 40psi to just under 20. The gauge seemed to be 2psi off when compared to my digital one. It was two pounds over so I'm not worried about that. I can deal with that. I also have the Boulder Pro Deflators I carry in my truck and Jeep. They are nice because you can do all four tires at once but I wanted a simple option for my wife's 4x4 which is not usually going off road... But you never know.... Especially if I'm driving. This fit the bill and for the money it feels like it could cost more. Very sturdy and solid feel. Overall it was easy to use and seems to work well.

Got this for a trip to the OHV park this weekend. IT WORKED PERFECTLY! But make sure you read the directions. If you know what you're doing it'll be the best thing you've bought for your off-road kit, and if you don't, you'll be back on here leaving one star reviews and whining! The tool does it all. But it's kinda hard to describe. Once you use it you get it and it's a breeze. Here goes my attempt: you screw the tool on to the valve tightly. Then (without removing it from the valve) you use the knob on the back of the tool to gently unscrew the center "core" of your valve. You can't see this happening, you feel it through the tool. But that's fine because it means there is NO danger of loosing the core. It's trapped inside the deflator. Once you back the core out far enough you now have created a hole in the tire the size of the valve and you whoooosh the air out in no time. Check the pressure and air down to the appropriate level. I aired down from 35 to 20 in under 5 minutes. Again, the great thing is you are at no risk of losing the valve stem. It's locked inside the deflator. When you're down letting air out you just turn the knob and put the valve stem right back inside nice and tight, unscrew deflator and you're good to go. Like I said, hard to describe but once you do it you'll see that it's just genius and works really really well. GET ONE!

Works well and deflates tires quickly. 07/02/2018 Update: Well, this is the update, I can tell you that this Deflator worked just fine for about two months. I used it one a week when offroading on my jeep. Now it does not work; I am a very careful and cautious person and always used it very carefully and trying not to damage the Deflator or my tires. Tried to contact seller with no success as the support "is not an option" according to the message i received. If you decide to buy this remember it will and can stop working properly pretty soon. 04/15/19 update: Ok, so I am updating my review to from a 1 star a 3 star since I was contacted by Boulder tools directly and they sent a replacement at no cost and no questions asked; that was pretty cool as they did back up their warranty. I haven't used the new deflator more that a few times; it works fine for now and only time will tell, I will update the review again after a few months. So far so good. 01/03/2022 update: Just to close this review, I gave it plenty of time and many many uses after my last update, to make sure it was going to hold up as expected, and it did! it is still working well and deflates to the exact PSI desired. I have updated my review to a 4 star (not 5) since I still had to go through the replacement process, otherwise it would have been a straight 5 star review. Recommend it? yes I do, but I guess I just had bad luck with the first deflator.

Worked as described. This item was efficient at deflating several tubes for us once the snow left! I’d recommend this item bc it’s ease of use after fully reading the instructions and the cost was not over priced.

Got this for off roading and am I glad I did. In the past I have simply used a pressure gauge to drop the pressure in my tires and I have to carry a portable inflator with me as I rarely get it right the first time. I saw this on Amazon and thought I would try it out to see if I could cut down on the amount of time it takes me to get ready to go off road. Product is exactly as described. Made of great material and built to last. Well my first use of this cut a full 5 minutes or more off my prep time. Plus I am really glad I had it as the inflator was giving me trouble that day. With this tool you can almost exactly hit the pressure you are looking for in the first try. Saves me a ton of hassle and worth every penny.

I work on a wide variety of things with tires, from working on cars, to fixing bicycles, wheelbarrow, and hand carts. Unlike most who probably like this tools I do not do any off-roading in vehicles. I was a bit on the skeptical side when I first started looking at this but I have a weakness for new tools. Wow, I am actually impressed! The tire pressure gauge alone is much better quality than I have purchased in stores but the ease this tool gives for removing the valve stem makes life very simple. For re-inflating the tire this tool makes it nice as the gauge itself has a little button on the side to relieve pressure with much more precision. It also came with four nice metal valve caps and four plastic ones, as well as some tools to do some minor repairs if your tire has issues with threading and whatnot (this I haven't needed to use yet). If you like awesome tools that just make life much simpler then this is definitely a good one for tires. I will try and add some photos in a day or two if amazon lets me.

Once you figure it out it works fast. The pressure gauge does NOT work. So use your jeeps system to monitor it.. It comes down fast!
