It's a good product
It was exactly what I needed. Had some concerns about compatibility with my system but everything works great. All I had to do was put 2 AA batteries in it and all functions worked fine.

Makes it easier to get good results from our speakers.
We set up a receiver and speakers for our TV hoping for quality sound to go with our big TV. But without the remote, we had trouble setting the balance and sharp sound we expected. This remote control solved our issues. Thanks.

Works great....if it works.
This would have had a 5-star review, but the first one I received was DOA and a piece or proverbial trash. After returning that one, I decided to get one more just in case it was a fluke. Worked perfect and even felt like better quality (didn't rattle when rotated). May be a fluke, may be poor quality control, but I had to dock it a star for that.

Cannot say enough good things about this buying experience,it was the exact remote from Sony that my puppy used as a chew toy,not a knock off piece of junk,not an off brand.was packaged extremely well.would not hesitate to buy again from these people.great price to boot.

Works for Sony STR DG-720
It works for my Sony STR DG-720 receiver. Not all functions work but I think it's more the cheap receiver than the remote.
