These pillows are awesome. They are heavy for a pillow yet very comfortable and versatile being able to adjust to the firmness or softness you want in a single pillow. It’s like multiple pillows in o e.

This is my second purchase of a Sleepgram pillow. The first lasted about 15 years! It is very adjustable to your sleep style.

I bought my pillow 5 months ago. It was good for my neck and back (I'm a total side sleeper) and I seem to sleep better. However, there are actually 2 inserts and some padding on the inside of the pillow envelope. I guess that is why people are mentioning 3 inserts. One insert is fluffy and the second is less so. When I have both loose inserts in the pillow is too high and my head ends up at the very bottom of the pillow during the night. When I just put in one insert it starts nicely, but loses its loft during the night and I need to "squish" it together to fluff it up. I wish I could buy the smaller insert separately. I then could use the 2 smaller inserts and it would be perfect.

Bought the King 2 pack and didn't realize that the filling was different vs. the King Single - memory foam in the 2 pack vs. microfiber in the 1 pack! WHY would they do this? I don't care for the memory foam filling - I used the Queen microfiber at my daughter's house and liked it so I bought the King and am finding I don't like the filler as much since it's different (memory foam which I never like!). Plan to try to return these but I no longer have the box it came in as I just looked into why they aren't as comfortable as the ones my daughter has and found they are different fillers. UPDATE: Returned the Memory Foam pillows and got the microfiber because I liked the ones my daughter has, but after sleeping on the King microfiber pillows I find them uncomfortable. They seem really fluffy until you lay on them and then they feel hard - stuffing shifts to above your head. Not worth the money in my opinion (either memory foam or microfiber) but I'll keep them for when my daughter visits as she likes them (but uses a Queen which are possibly a little more comfortable for some reason.

I love this pillow. I was visiting my son who had recently moved in and his pillows were too hard for me. I have special order everything at home (difficulty sleeping for both my husband and I). Given short time period I decided to try something different. Wow - I slept incredibly. I love how it’s designed allowing for “configuring” to comfort and firmness. The quality seems great for the price. Going to order it for my home too!

I've only had this pillow one night. I've spent thousands in pillows since a car accident left me with neck pain in 2005. I've had one night in 2009 where I slept in a hotel and woke up with no headache or neck pain. Bought that pillow but it didn't help at home. I woke up this morning on this pillow with no headache or neck pain. 16 years waking up like that every day. Maybe it was luck or a fluke but it's worth the money for me to get that one night of pain free sleep. Hoping for more nights like that with this pillow but 20 years of constant neck pain and headaches with one night, 16 years ago, of a break and this is the first night in my own bed where my head and neck feel better is like a Christmas miracle for me.

2nd purchase! Loved it so much the first time we bought a second set of them!

I did not like this pillow as, I felt uncomfortable while sleeping. While placing the order it was indicated that we may return the product any time within 100 days from the date of delivery. But I found that you have closed the return window on 30th day itself. This not as promised by you. Kindly review and permit me to return the product.

I've spent a lot of money trying to find the right pillow, finally I have it and the best thing about this pillow is that you can change it to your preference of comfort.
