Organic Teas, Night Time, 20 Count

I love pukka tea. I've been using their Eldeberry Echinacea tea for over a year. Recently, I've been learning that many popular/common tea brands are high in pesticides! So, I'm sticking with this brand. It is organic and the pricing isn't ridiculous. This has a lovely flavor. I wasn't sure what to expect. It's mild but not dull. I add organic raw honey. I'm perimenopausal so I struggle with sleep. This is in no way strong enough for sleep. I take valerian root with it and magnesium glycinate, if that helps anyone. Sometime alternate with ashwaganda.

The combination of this tea is a fantastic blend! I just ordered more from flavor to effectiveness this tea is amazing. Treat yourself to a relaxing cup of flavorful tea when it’s in stock.

It didn’t help me sleep at all. I bought two boxes which were wasted as they’re just sitting in the pantry.

Pricey. However, unique and good quality

I first came across these tea bags when I was in Sweden and they really helped me get a good night's sleep. When I returned to the states, I had a hunch I'd find them on Amazon. And I was right! For me, these work better than Chamomile and Valerian Root. Highly recommend.

While the concept of a sleep time tea is enticing, this particular brand falls short of expectations. Despite its soothing blend of herbs, the steep price tag leaves much to be desired. Needless to say, this tea is priced way lower in Europe, and the price here on Amazon is simply outrageous. While it may deliver on its promise of promoting relaxation, the value just doesn't measure up.

I use it to assist in sleeping. Consider it to be very helpful.
