Euromax Electric Coconut Scrapper

This machine is not safe for home use. The user manual does not contain any instructions. My fingers got injured on first use. Poor motor ventillation causes the machine to become hot in 20 minutes. The shaft should rotate without any eccentricity, but the design is such that it cannot be achieved. Time needed for an average user to grate 1 cocount is 10 minutes and not 1 minute. The blade, once fixed cannot be removed for cleaning. Only the motor is guaranteed. I feel all other parts also should be included in the guarantee.

Very good product. Customer service was good. Immediate resolution provided by sending video of how to remove the blade after using, which was extremely helpful.

Very danger to use

Brought it in May 2019. The gurantee is only on motor not on blade for a year. In November 2020 the blade broke see picture.

Good item even for a combined family of 20 to 30 persons.

Very nice worth money. Just loved the product
