I left shampoo and used this aamla reeta mixture to wash my hair it made things worse...Towards Nature & Natural products may be bit over hyped but too much chemical shampoos are not good too...BUT for my heavy dandruff head... Johnson's Neutrogena shampoo for Dry Hair specially arclyic acid did wonder to me...its simply awesome.

Product is good

I soaked it on water for about 45 mins till it became a thick paste. You can add shikaki too if you like. Washed my hair with it slowly massaging into the scalps. Hair was so soft and shinny!
