My preferred cassette over the 11-34T.
My Giant Contend SL1 2021 comes with 11-34T cassette. I found the gears a little widely spaced, especially on fast routes. I changed cassette after a few months to the 11-32T cassette, and straight away noticed great improvement without sacrificing hill climbing. I also have closer ratios for general riding. I average over 11,000 miles a year, and this is my third 11-32T cassette. If swapping from a Shimano 105 11-34T, remove the spacer on the freehub or the 11-32T won't fit and be misaligned! Recommended.

Worked on my short cage derailer
It's a cassette what to say? Arrived promptly, upgraded from an 11-28, seems to work even on my short cage 105 derailer (it's not supposed to) with a 46/36 chain ring. The added benefit of the extra four teeth is noticeable but not game changing - maybe makes the hill feel 1% less than if using the 28t, so I fatigue later on the very hardest climbs on my route, and on hills where I would normally just start to feel a burn that burn goes away. Not as smooth shifting as an 11-28, i.e. you do notice the skips in gearing, but barely.
