This book is a movement i our district. Most school and district adminstrators have read it and used it in creating schoolwide snapshots of instructon on our campuses.

The workshop I attended recommended this text to help our staff determine what is needed to improve the learning environment.

Haven't read it yet, however it comes highly recommended by several colleagues.

This publication meets the standards needed for future administrators. The standard of exposing you to additional information to help support your teaching staff and bringing in outside support in a positive way to help. It is very technical read and some sentences and concepts you have to re-read for understanding and clarity. It is not a quick read, you need time to process it.

An amazing book for administrators and teachers who want to move from a content drivin environment to a learning one.
