USB Floppy Disk Drive Emulator N-Drive 100 for Yamaha Clavinova CVP 103/105/107/109/600/700

Perfect fit for Clavinova CVP 107. I installed this myself, I'm a 78 year old woman with no electronics training. The biggest problem was disassembling the CVP 107. Looked on internet and got some pointers but went ahead and purchased the service manual for the CVP 107. Very helpful and will come in handy if other repairs are needed. After disassembly I followed the directions for installation provided with the emulator and got it right the first time. This emulator works just like the old floppy disk so follow directions provided in your CVP manual. The emulator also provided a program for converting your old disks to the new usb drive. I tried it, it works. As a side note, the new usb drive contains many songs for your listening pleasure. I'm enjoying them.

I had lost hope for my 22 year-old Yamaha Clavinova CVP-107. The floppy disk drive was ruined from curious kids sticking stuff in it. The piano repair guy told me that the updated USB flash drives were incompatible with this model and my only option was to replace the floppy drive for $500+. So I just left it at that for over 5 years. Then, on a whim, I did a search on Amazon for a replacement drive and came upon this product. I was pretty skeptical, and the item was a little more spendy than I had hoped. But I was willing to give it a try. And I'm so glad I did!! Installation was straight forward and the emulator started right up. I transferred my old disk files to the provided flash drive and everything works perfectly! I'm SO happy and impressed! 100% recommend this product to other old Clavinova users! Worth every penny!

We use it in our church Clavinova, no longer worry about floppy drive failure. Left the 20th century behind us. One issue, could be fault of our piano, occasionally gives a read error. Shut off piano, then turn on again to reset, all is fine again.

after a few minor errors on my part, this product is a fabulous update to my 20 year old Yamaha CVP-700. It has breathed new life into out piano and should extend its useful life for a very long time. Thanks to Nalbantov for a well engineered solution. Fits like a glove. I highly recommend getting this if you have an old piano that uses a floppy disk drive. Plus i cant believe this was delivered in 4 days from Bulgaria to USA. wow. And for all the music you sent as well. Thanks.

Loved this product as it made my obsolete Yamaha Clavinova CVP 103 (floppy disk) updated so it can be used with a pen drive instead.
