No doubt, it's a Positively Brilliant Guide for our children. It's an Original Hachette Book. But were you short on ink ???

Printing on black background pages is not at all clear n good.. other white pages printing is fine.

Nicola Morgan described how teenagers can improve themselves. Sometimes I just let my 14 year old son read a few pages, which helped him a lot. I appreciate that Nicola wrote such a good book.

Es un libro escrito para adolescentes. Yo pensé que era de adolescentes para terapeutas pero no, está dirigido directamente para ellos, sin embargo es muy actual, bien escrito y lleno de cosas prácticas para hacer en el tema de manejo de emociones. Muy recomendado. Lo único es que es más pequeño de lo que pensaba y es de hojas estilo papel periódico, no blancas, pero tampoco es algo grave.

I bought this book for my 11 year old daughter. A few months after starting secondary school, her behaviour & attitude began to change horribly & things at home became a constant battle with her. I give her lots of 1 on 1 time, she’s very active, I just couldn’t get why she was pretty much turning her family into enemies. I tried talking to her, but she seemed to have developed this ‘stuff you’ switch with would flick on at the first sign of me instigating a chat. So I ended up buying this book & honestly it’s working wonders. She has really taken to it. She reads for 20 minutes each day, but usually reluctantly. Since having this book, she’s been setting her 20 min timer of her own accord & cracking on with reading. The content is so relatable, I can literally see that she feels lighter afterwards. It’s well written & full of info, but engaging with the way it’s set out, kind of in bite size chunks. It has the odd quiz, offers tips & advice on all things relevant to this age group. I asked my daughter if she would recommend it to other people her age. She said definitely yes but only more confident readers as it does have quite a few big/unfamiliar words which she pieces together the meaning of. Not really an issue as she’s very bright, but for this reason, wouldn’t really suit all 11 year olds.
