Helix HX8 5W-30 API SN Plus Fully Synthetic Engine Oil for Petrol, Diesel & CNG Cars, Truck (4 L)

This is the first time I used Shell Helix HX8 5W-30 in my Toyota Yaris 1.5 G and the results have been excellent. The first thing I noticed right after switching to this oil was the remarkable buttery smoothness of the engine. The engine feels significantly more refined and responsive, especially during cold starts.I’ve observed a slight improvement in fuel economy over time. Throttle response has improved, and the car feels eager to accelerate without any harshness or hesitation. This oil also seems to help maintain consistent engine performance across a wide temperature range, giving me confidence whether it’s a hot summer day or a chilly morning. Used other brands like Castrol,Mobil, toyota genuine oil, But this is 100 times far better. Overall, I highly recommend Shell Helix HX8 5W-30 . It delivers a smoother, quieter, and more responsive driving experience

I have used Shell Helix 5W-30 for second times till now, and I believe it is the best in its class. It makes the engine smooth, improves performance, and has low NVH, making it a good oil for long drives. However, I would like to request that Shell upgrade this oil to SP and C2 specifications. Many modern engines require this type of protection to give maximum performance. In other countries, this oil is sold with API SP and C2 technology, but in India, it is sold as SN Plus. Overall, it is a good oil for both old and new engines.

After 8 months, my engine feels sluggish and mileage dropped to 14-15kmph, i would not recommend this online purchase.

This Oil was Good and recommended. I used it in My Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCI and writing this review after 150kms of driving. The engine became butter smooth and their is a bit improvement in mileage also. Earlier I used mobil full synthetic oil. But, due to the price point - I choose this one and this was my first time using this oil. One Star down in rating as the mechanic coupon was already used being the cap was sealed and wasted my time in downloading the Shell Application and finally it showed that the coupon was already used. I request the seller to please take care of the mecahnic coupon.

Seal was cleverly broken , no mechanic coupon, oil can also slight damaged. This has never happened to me in past always received the genuine product and i hope someone was in need of that coupon
