Unacceptable.
The grammar in this book and the lack of useful information is aggravating. This is not even the book I read from the library, it's a cheap magazine version that looks like it was remade by a random individual! The actual book is worth reading, this is useless!

Disappointing at best
This book, written by a PhD, contains only 22 footnotes in a total of 140 pages. The author continually uses the phrase "research shows" or "research has shown", but for nearly all of these phrases he neglects to provide a reference to substantiate his claim. The author had to resort to large print and a lot of white space in order to stretch this thing out to the 140 pages, otherwise it could easily have been condensed to less than 100 pages, which would certainly not make it a saleable item."Learned Optimism" by Martin Seligman isa much better book
