Great rope, fantastic instructions
These are the best instructions I've ever seen!

Disconcerting "Engrish" on the bag instructions
The lack of QA on the printed English on the bag is disconcerting on a safety device. Will this meet my needs in an emergency situation, if they can't bother to check the quality of a superficial issue?

Water Rescue Throw Bag with 50/70/98 Ft of Rope in 8MM Tensile Strength Rated to 1102lbs
This Water Rescue Throw Bag with 50/70/98 Ft of Rope in 8MM Tensile Strength Rated to 1102lbs is a no brainer and added safety piece of equipment to have aboard your water craft or boating vessel for emergency situations where a water rescue is required. The throw bag features reflective material making it easy to see in situations where the person in the water can clearly see it and the bright orange bag, and rope. It seems to be a good quality rescue throw bag while I love having it I hope to never have to use it. Great value and good price point for an added peace of mind. I would recommend having this Water Rescue Throw Bag with 50/70/98 Ft of Rope in 8MM Tensile Strength Rated to 1102lbs on board your water craft, boat of vessel.

Good product I hope I never use. But...
I was really looking forward to writing a great review. A good product I hope I never need.I can sit here in my warm house and spend 15 minutes to figure out how to use the throw bag. Will I remember it years from now when someone falls overboard into ice cold water? Quick read the instructions (attached). I sure hope I am not the person in the water and someone who has never seen it before has to figure it out in seconds.Emergency equipment instructions need to be easily understood!Otherwise, the bag and rope appear to be well made from quality materials. This is a product that should be available everywhere people are playing near water. But, maybe after the manufacturer fixes the instructions.Update:I recent.y had a couple friends out on my party barge and gave them a challenge. I jumped in the water and told them to pretend I was in trouble. I needed help within 20 seconds. They found the bag but could not figure it out. Then I cheated and told them to read the instructions. They handed the bag back and forth and were laughing about the unintelligible instructions. HEY. I'm drowning here! Eventually, I had to describe how to use it. They never figured it out and I climbed out of the water after about 10 minutes. The bag never got wet! If this had been a true emergency, the time they spent to read the defective instructions could have been used to see and use the simple throwable boat cushion sitting right next to it. THIS BAG IS WORSE THAN BAD. IT COULD CONTRIBUTE TO THE LOSS OF LIFE. I am reducing my star rating to 1.

Throw bag works fine for me
I ordered this throw bag to keep in my 14 ft. fishing boat. I have life vests in the boat, but this is a good addition to keep on board. I like that the product is kept compact and stored in its own bag. The instructions describe the bag components, but never describe in text how to use the device. There are numerous pictures that show a person throwing the bag, and a person in the water grabbing the bag with the donut and rope. This product is called a "throw bag" so it makes sense to me. I will make sure to clip the rope end to something secure in my boat at installation. For my bag, the rope easily falls out of the bag as its coiled and kinked up in a way that prevents tangling, and the rope comes out easily. I did not take much out, and carefully put it back in. If you pulled all the rope out, you would have to carefully coil it back into the bag (fold back and forth). The components all seem to be of good quality, and I think it will work well if needed.

Great Safety Device
I don’t have a kayak and I’ll never “shoot the rapids,” but I do find this well-made rescue throw bag a useful and important safety device around my pontoon boat and my dock. Watch a video online to learn how to pack the rope properly, and how to throw the bag effectively. Then go ahead and give it a few practice throws so that your arm is accurate when you really need it.

Great rescue tool
Everyone on the water should have one. One in your dinghy, jet ski, boat, etc. This is a very easy-to-use rescue tool (it is important to read the instructions that are marked right on the bag. There are some typos but still understandable). It is suggested that you practice throwing so you know how to take out, toss, & clip in an emergency. The line is tight wound and very bright to see in the water. The line is bright orange & has reflectors woven all around. The ring is just large enough to loop an arm into but it is easier to toss than the life ring we have on the boat and much less expensive so we can have several on board. The carabiner is sturdy and thick. We got the one with 98 feet of line and hope never to use it but it is a great piece of mind having several aboard.
