Great stuff from Monsieur Bocuse
It's an extremely good book. And coming from the kitchens of Paul Bocuse the value 2592 is nothing.Highly recommend !Must buy for all chefs !!

Tattered packaging
Another instance of a great book but delivered as a damaged product!!!! Amazon needs to vet its vendors and the packaging they use. Very disappointed.
