Great box set. Excellent seller. Highly recommended.
Excellent, Highly recommended seller. Lovely box set of great stories. Bought this set as a gift for my newborn daughter. My parents used to read ladybird books to me as a child and they were also my favourite books when I was learning to read. I hope my daughter enjoys them just as much as I did. The box set looks great, unfortunately my set had two Rapunzel books and no Gingerbread Man, obviously a mistake when they were being packed and nothing to do with the seller. I contacted BOOKS4USUK via Amazon and they very kindly and quickly sent The Gingerbread Man book out to me so I could complete the collection. Excellent service from a great seller. It will be the first place I look in future when looking for books. Thanks again.

Nicely presented,and looks attractive,have read these stories to my own children and grandchildren and to hundreds of children in nursery school,they are old well loved tales that you can adapt with your child’s name add your own noises , and lots of other stuff they will never go out of fashion ,I’ve got this set for my great grandson

Luvly stories, just as they were in my childhood
I got these books for my Goddaughter to enjoy reading for herself, she's 5yrs, nearly 6yrs. They are good books for children learning to read.

Volume problem
The children enjoy the stories (ages 3, 4 and 5). Unfortunately the music at end and beginning of stories is set at a much higher volume than the stories themselves which makes it difficult to listen to; if the music is at correct volume you cannot distinguish words of story when it begins. It was bought for bedtime but can only be used in car with someone turning up and down volume when required.

I was not happy that this product which was a gift for a child came wrapped in a Captain Morgan alcohol box, it was embarrassing!
