The directions say mix one tablespoon or more times daily in a beverage. smh ,this was not proof read. what are the directions please ?

We strive hard to continuously improve our products, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. :) Our suggested intake for our Multi Collagen Protein powder is to add one heaping scoop on 8 ounces of water or any beverages. Many of our customers like to add it to their coffee in the morning, or even into their soup in the evening. I hope this helps! :)

Have they fixed the grammar on the label yet? I can’t ingest something made by someone that can’t proofread.

I never paid that much attention to the label. Now that I’m looking, I still don’t see any grammar mistakes on the current label in my kitchen or on this listing. On another note, this was recommended to me by someone in their 70’s who was losing their hair and after 2 months had a full head of hair! I bought this last month and it worked so well I’ve sent 3 bottles out to other people (my parents, sister and best friend). I highly recommended the product, even if the manufacturer isn’t perfect. Running a business isn’t a breezy process. There are a lot of moving parts and sometimes mistakes are made. I just had some graphics designed for my business on here and caught several mistakes in grammar that a few other eyes had missed before it got to me. It just happens. You should try this stuff though!

I was listening to a podcast and they recommend a multi collagen that also has a blend if msm, glucosamine, and chondrotin - does this contain these?
