Easy to use and perfect for threading yarn into crochet needles. It does not fray the yarn and is very sturdy. Design adds a bit of character as well and is a nice touch.

This product is very sturdy and beautiful. I couldn't find any yarn threaders at my local yarn stores and am glad to have found it online. It works as expected. It is well worth the price and will last for years with care.

After breaking several of the cheap needle threaders, I decided to invest in one that would actually last. I use it primary for threading yarn into tapestry needles for needlepoint and it works great. Very sturdy.

This really makes threading needles with yarn or other fibers frustration-free! It’s awesome and pretty too.

Click to play video I love the design and the antique closure part of the threader, and the intent of this device, however the flip out threader part has a lot to be desired and the thinness negates the functionality of the device. I would like to suggest that even titanium or stainless for this part of the device so that does not constantly bend. it constantly bends and does not stand up to pulling it through the eye of a yarn needle and the more you use it the more it does not go back into the Antique holder! Thank you

Anyone who's done any stitching has eventually tried a threader. Some are fine, some are junk. Some are meant for thread, some are meant for yarn. Most are just meant to get the job done without any thought to aesthetics. This Clover threader is meant to thread yarn, but to also do it beautifully. Its antique look lends a romantic feel to your stitching time. But it's not just a pretty face. The solid materials and well crafted design work wonderfully together. I tried it on two different size metal needles and two different size yarns: a CAC size 6 bulky chenille, and a size 4 worsted wrapped with a colorful thread. The threader easily handled the bulky yarn and it made life a lot easier threading the splitty wrapped worsted. See my video. The only suggestion I would make to Clover is to add a loop so that it can be worn around the neck like their yarn cutter can. If you like good tools that also bring you a smile, spend a couple of extra bucks on this threader. It will last you a lifetime unlike the junky ones. Happy stitching!

A great and good looking threader, although after heavy use it separated. Glued it back together.. It is constructed so that it has stayed together working well. Would not be without it.

Incredible thing! No trouble threading yarn though a needle anymore. I only wish I could attach it to a keychain.

I got this for my crochet projects as threading yarn through a bigger darning needle is an absolute pain, so this functions brilliantly for ease of use. It's perfect, it fits nicely in my little crochet tin because it's compact, it's well made and sturdy. It's not too thick, just right the size, easy to use and for how it looks it's good value for money too at £7, well worth it. Would definitely recommend.
