I think it works.
Overall: The product comes packed in individual pouches which is pretty good to preserve the ones you’re not using. Specially in humid places like the UK. The smell is not pleasant but not horribly chemical. Does it work?: I used it once and my washing machine doesn’t smell. However, it’s only been a few days so I don’t know if the smell will return before the next cleaning is due.
