The product is made soo poorly, I had to leave a review. It is soo poorly made that it prompted my first negative review i have ever left. The 86" ViewSonic smartboard is trash. The glass breaks very easy and the frame falls a part. Spend a little more and get a better product, you will be happy you did and will have saved yourself an expensive disappointment.

Updates have been an issue for us. Bought for my business. Support is almost non-existent.

Purchased this unit, noticed marked on/within the display, have now had 2 replacement units, for a total of 3 units. This includes the last unit having supposedly been inspected before leaving ViewSonic. With numerous delays in even getting replacements traveling and hours of support with IT staff and still no quality unit within my possession. Calling support often results in just leaving a voicemail as well. I would consider this the strongest discouragement to purchase I can endorse as well as some testimony about the general quality assurance position of ViewSonic. I might even say I would advise any investor to divest stock, as this cannot be a good sign of a company’s life expectancy, especially with their inability to provide telephone support at 2pm. The idea is good, but I’ve used Samsung didital signage displays with stellar success and would encourage waiting until Microsoft’s new large format touch display is available in 2019 (according to the Microsoft partner agent I spoke with).
