First of all it's compact and easy to use. The water tank in the back is used for "one" cup of coffee at a time, don't fill it up expecting to use it for more than on cup, it might run over. The K pod fits right in and locks like any other maker. Position the cup or glass in the slot to accept the liquid. On the top of the maker lid push one of three options (regular, strong, over ice). The Coffee comes out HOT using any of the three options, and no spills. We like the coffee maker that's been used by use for a couple of decades but now and then we'll use this at home for a change. I think we'll get more use out of it when we travel in our RV, it's quicker and easy. In summary, it does a very good job at what it was made for. Update: Today is 2/3/2026 and time to return expired 2/1/2026, not a big deal it only cost about $40. We have used it VERY sparingly maybe at the most 20 times and now it went south on us. It's really not worth the price even at $10

Coffee quality is consistent for a single-serve machine. The cup sizes are practical, and the water tank range works well for different preferences. Cleaning is also simple. The self-cleaning function is easy to activate, and the removable parts make maintenance manageable. One downside is the touch buttons. They are not very clicky or responsive, so it is sometimes hard to tell if a button has been pressed. I usually need to apply a bit more pressure to be sure the selection registered. It works fine once you get used to it, but clearer tactile feedback would improve the overall experience. Overall, this is a solid compact coffee maker with good versatility and convenience. With better button feedback, it would be even better for everyday use.

This is not a good product. After having it approximately 6 weeks, only using it at work, it actually had been sending out extreme steam and actually caught fire today!

Works very well. 3 settings and removable water holder for less mess

This has been a really nice coffee maker for my office. I use it daily and it’s been reliable and easy to work with. What I like most is that I can use regular coffee grounds, so I’m not locked into buying expensive pods all the time. That alone makes it worth it for me. That said, I also like having the option to use pods if I find a good sale or want a specialty drink once in a while. The one-touch buttons make it simple, especially when I’m half awake or busy working. I’ve used the regular and strong settings the most, and both do a good job. It heats up fast and brews quickly, which is perfect in an office setting when you don’t want to wait around. Cleaning has been easy too. It wipes down well, and the self-cleaning feature is straightforward. I haven’t had any issues with messes or leaks, and it’s held up well with daily use. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient coffee maker that gives you options without being complicated. I knocked off one star only because it’s more practical than fancy, but for an office or small space, it does exactly what I need it to do.

I really like it because all the ones I've had are only good for coffee, but with this one I can make cold brew coffee and hot tea, and in just a few minutes my favorite drinks are ready.

Delivers the full 14 ounces in two minutes. You can use this for K-cups, like many brewers out there, but this can also be used just to deliver hot water or you can use the filter to make “brewed” coffee. It’s not really brewed, but instead just pouring the hot water over grounds or tea. In my tests, I usually use 12 ounces. After hitting the cup the water temp is 180F, which is a great temp for coffee. I think where this coffee maker really shines is in an office. If you keep a selection of coffee or tea, and a jug of water, you can have your brew any time of day. If you want more than a Kuerig can deliver, this is a good option.
