These o-rings fit the Pentair Big Blue filter much better than other brands I have bought. Other brands had a diameter slightly too big for the o-ring channel in the filter sump, making it difficult to seat them in the channel, which required multiple attempts to reattach the sump to the top of the filter to get the assembly leaktight. These o-rings were just right. They seated totally within and against the outside wall of the filter sump o-ring channel, so when the sump was reattached to the top the filter it was leaktight on the first try.

Good fitment. Seems to be good quality rubber. No leaks!

Don’t believe the AI overview or negative comments. These are the real deal. I just tried one of the three o Rings last night and it fits literally perfect. These guys should have made the OEM O rings because my original one was stretched out and this replacement one was perfect. I have the Big Blue Pentek OPAQUE 10 x 4.5 inch system. It sat perfectly in the borders of the cylinder and I was able to secure it with minimal lubricant grease my first attempt refastenig the cynlinder. Could not be happier with these O rings please don’t hesitate it’s totally worth the 15 dollars to not struggle with a heavy filter system.

For years I was buying the cheapest rings they were too big causing the grip to be off and impossible to get off when it was time to change the filter. These are thicker and fit perfectly in the housing! You get what you pay for!
