Clean and effective Acetyl L-Carnitine supplement
I specifically chose the Acetyl form of L-Carnitine (ALCAR) because it’s more bioavailable and can cross the blood brain barrier, supporting not only energy production but also focus and cognitive function. Nutricost’s formula is non GMO, gluten free and with no unnecessary additives, which makes it feel safer and cleaner compared to many other brands. Each capsule provides 500 mg, which is an ideal daily dose, and the 180 capsule bottle offers nearly a 6 month supply. The capsules are medium sized, easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. With consistent use, I noticed better energy levels and improved concentration. A solid, transparent formula that stands out in the supplement market.

Seem like excellent quality - deducted one star as at time of purchase details on Amazon didn't make it clear they use Rice flour as filler... hopefully not an issue for most people but I've found it isn't the best with my stomach issue. They do seem to be helping me keep my hyperthyroid in check as per my intended use so all good there.

Nice clean supplements Helps clear out the fats with regular exercise and can build more muscle with regular exercise If you're buying these you know what they do, if you don't, it's like eating a big steak Easy to swallow, needs about half a litre of water to ingrate them Test one a day a for a week then up to 2 a day always check with your Doctor before taking any medicine supplements The main reason for buying these are they are cleanly made this is very important that they have little padding materials so 3rd party testing is essential
