This board has been amazing as a first time paddle board user. When I had issues 10 months after purchasing, the company was more than happy to help with the issue. I 100% recommend and would purchase again.

I bought this for my son and I (whom is soon to be 3) to enjoy together. Overall, the board has been a great addition to our adventures. It blows up easily in little time and is sturdy enough to support both of us. It inflates in approx ten minutes and is easy to deflate. I also practice yoga and have been able to headstands and other posses on the board.Customer services has also been excellent as I had to reach out to them in regards to a lost fin. They immediately sent me another for free.My son and I are very pleased with the board and have enjoyed on lake water. We are looking forward to getting it to the ocean in just a few weeks. I would highly recommend the board and have been grateful for their services!

Overall the board and paddle seemed of high quality. I did have a problem connecting the fin to the SUP board but I contacted customer service (by email on the card enclosed with the board and accessories) and their response was almost instant! We had a few email exchanges to help me solve the problem and they were always so quick to respond, friendly and helpful.

Takes about 5 minutes to inflate with a little muscle required at the end (it gets hard to pump once it gets close to pressure). Not very heavy to transport once inflated. Very stable for even the less athletic adult and even for a German Shepherd sidekick.We've used it a total of 7 days and very happy with the purchase!

Product was damaged in shipping. Seems like a good product would be packaged right then Amazon is not releasing the refund. Would not order from this company and probably won’t order from Amazon at this point. Horrible experience!!

I purchased this as an entry level paddle board for the family not really knowing what to expect. But the overall quality of the board and functionality was well worth the money. After a couple of uses I did have a small issue with the pump, but all it took was an email to them and they sent out a replacement part. They were fast and attentive to the problem and I experienced no run around at all. I definitely have had a good experience and would recommend buying this paddle board.
