First time I have ever written a review here or anywhere. So often disappointed by my purchases, thought its about time to give props when sometime I buy really delivers. I start my day drinking coffee and continue throughout. Unfortunately lately it’s been really messing with my sleep and been wanting to taper off by midday Don t like decaffeinated coffee and hadn't found a herbal tea that I liked. Im very into my health and my girlfriend came across Dr Lu Ginseng Five Treasres Tea. Wow! First let me say even the packaging is first class. Very easy resealing bag. You’ll know when you open it the first time and get a blast of fresh aroma from the 100% organic herbs you’re dealing with a special beverage. . Each of the the bags are generously filled and make a great tasting robust cup of tea even in my preferred 16 ounce cup. All the ingredients have health benefits so I feel good drinking it throughout the rest of the day and even into the evenings. Already finding myself sleeping better and not experiencing that heavy crash I was getting in the early evening from so much coffee. I highly recommend. Think you’ll be very pleased with this product!
