This book is a must read for every CEO, or aspiring CEO. It's concentrated knowledge and distilled wisdom. Like a pint-sized Executive MBA.

This book is about what Business Leaders must do to create a successful enterprise. You get to learn about how to steer the company to where it wants to reach by setting goals, position people at critical roles who brings the skills & behavior needed to bring in the change and create operational plan. Later two should be in sync with strategic goals set for the Company. Authors have added real scenarios to explain the concepts. Overall good read!

Excellent book

Just as expected.

This is quite an impressive book - especially relevant to people that are preparing for a leadership role and have just had their span of control expanded. Packed with practical insights on how to make strategies work, the book lays threadbare the need to know the 'how' alongside the 'what' of a strategic plan. It also places a great deal of responsibility on leaders - calling out bluntly a culture where CXO suite executives do little more than keep a charismatic image and speak in vague generalities - so many insights packed in one book. Good investment really!

The book for the entrepreneurs at any scale for their business. Importance and focus on execution is very well articulated with real life case studies.

It's a must read book if you are looking for better election of thinks, not only it will help you professionally but in personal life too.
