What I noticed is a noticeable increase in girth. My girlfriend also noticed and found it extremely pleasant. guys tend to place a lot of emphasis on length, but for your partner's sake, girth is where it's at. It’s a quality ring, and nice that you get two sizes so you’ve got options. If you couldn’t tell from the product diagrams, it goes around the base of your shaft only. I found it to be a snug grip but comfortable. Unfortunately for me it feels like it just gets in the way, so I’m not a fan of this style of ring. If this company ever made a larger ring that goes around the shaft and balls, I’d definitely give that a try because the craftsmanship is certainly there.
