Super tasty. I was surprised that these were better than the cinnamon buns. Definitely more of a once every couple of days type of thing as a treat. I made the mistake of thinking that I could live off of just these while I was traveling abroad. I definitely got sick of them, but I still think that they’re the best protein snack that I’ve had.

These Sweet Rolls have become a favorite treat for this diabetic. The rolls are somewhat dense in texture, but really tasty when heated up for 10-15 seconds. I can always trust lengdary treats to not spike my blood sugars.

After being told by my cardiologist to start eating Keto, I right in. There's a definite learning curve. For me to be successful- I know I need to eat tasty foods and not feel like I'm starving. I'm slowly learning healthy substitutions for foods I've always eaten. For the most part, it's not been as hard as I thought, but when it comes to something a little sweet........that has been the problem. I've generally eaten fruit when I wanted something sweet, but that's not in this plan. I've tried different sweeteners and not liked the cooling feeling or aftertaste, or stomach discomfort that comes along with some of them. I saw Legendary Foods spreads in a group and decided to give it a try. Lifesaver! I can eat one tsp of any of these delicious spreads and it is tasty, delicious and satisfying. It's well within my Keto lifestyle. I got the packets to take along in my purse for a yummy snack, and have jars at the house. I haven't made anything with them yet, but I'm sure they will be equally as delicious when used that way. Thank you for helping me adopt a healthier lifestyle without feeling like I'm missing out on the sweet part of life.

I dislike a lot of protein bars – I wanted to try these as an alternative, and they opened a whole new world of options for me. Definitely pop them in the microwave for a few seconds like they suggest, it makes a lot of difference. It's still got the characteristic grit and aftertaste of whey protein, however it sure beats most protein bars.
