Do not buy from BIG RED. Terrible Customer Support
I bought this jack back in March, since then I've used it a total of 2 times. On the second use, it started leaking from the piston. These things happen of course so I figured I'd reach out to BIG RED since the jack is still under warranty. So far it's been over 3 weeks and still no response for my warranty claim.
