It works
I have been using this on and off for several months (I am on my third bottle). I find it super helpful when things are not quite “moving” due to my low cal/low fat diet. I suspect it provides that extra something to keep the weight loss happening when I stall out. You just really need to plan to spend a little extra time in the powder room in the morning.

Makes you POOP
This product works as a weight loss aid don't get me wrong, but you will poop like you've never pooped before. The main weight loss ingredient (Senna) is a laxative. 3 stars for doing what it says, minus two stars for promoting the bulimic purging ideal (I mean what do you expect from diet pills really), and all the extra toilet paper you're gonna go through.

Amazing product and fantastic value

Bad for your tummy
I saw great reviews for this through Target so I thought it would be great. I don’t know if it’s because I have acid reflux or what but I threw up within one hour of taking my first pill. I am not going to keep trying to take them..
