This does not cut hard cheeses very well. It typically breaks the pieces off versus smooth cuts. I wouldn’t recommend this knife if you were looking for something that will cut really hard cheeses

Richtig super. Schneidet auch harten Käse wie Butter. Liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Ist extrem chic auf der Käseplatte. Habe ihn schon länger in Gebrauch. Gibt nix zu meckern. Red dot award absolut gerechtfertigt. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis toll!
